We ship from the US. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and typically arrive in 3–5 business days once shipped. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start one, email us with your order number and what you'd like to return. Unopened, unused product in its original packaging is eligible for a full refund.

Opened product may still qualify — skincare is personal, and if a formula doesn't agree with your skin we want to hear about it. Reach out and we'll make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take a few business days to post it.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If something arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
